The Anatomy of a Move – Before, During and After:  Tools, strategies and best practices to improve employee experience and satisfaction. 

 Join us as we take a deep dive into the three key stages of a move and the work that goes into ensuring success.

·        Before – What do we need to set up the assignment/move? 

o   From security briefings to look see trips – Allan Koski, President and Chief Innovation Officer with Insured Nomads takes us through things to consider and knowledge to impart as we prep employees for a move.

·        During – Are there warning signs? 

o   How can technology help us track the process?  Where does the human element come in?  And is all of this helpful? 

o   Brian Keating with Dwellworks, Shawn Sweeny with Weichert and a real-life expat discuss the nuances on assignment that effect the success or detriment of an assignment/Move.

·        After – and finally – succession planning.

o   How are companies planning repatriation into their mobility or talent strategy.  How is Talent a vital part of the process for a successful re-entry.
