Global Mobility teams are changing how they are structured to respond to the constantly evolving challenges they face managing a global workforce.  Effectively leveraging technology can be a game-changer for international assignment programs.  However, finding and implementing the right system and approach continues to be a challenge.  In this session, we will share some industry trends and facilitate a discussion on best practices.

Get ready for a comprehensive, interactive deep dive into Mercer’s 2018 Domestic Relocation Policies and Practices data and how it relates to the current Global Talent trends we are seeing. On site Directions: Park in the rear of the building and enter through the Suite 200 Exterior entrance. You will be greeted at the door and given directions to the meeting room. We would suggest arriving a little early to give yourself time to find parking, sign in at the reception desk, and navigate yourself through the offices to the meeting room.

Topic: What Relocation Taught Me - Life lessons on the job

This will be an interactive session, led by Dan Carraher from Graebel, that involves audience participation. To start, corporate and supplier panelists will tell their story of what relocation has taught them. After the panelist tell their story the room will divide into groups, moderated by the panelist, to share their stories.

Everyone will walk away from this session learning and sharing stories they have experienced in the wonderful industry of Mobility. The hope is everyone continues on their conversations after the meeting!

Networking will begin at 8 am. The interactive session/ topic will begin at 9 am and is scheduled to last 1.5 hours.
