We are excited to have Peggy Smith, who recently moved from the role of CEO of Worldwide ERC to start-up company Shyft, as moderator. As you may know, Peggy is a dynamic and engaging speaker and is very excited about talent mobility and the talent space in general.
Our panelists include leaders from a variety of organizations all playing a role in talent attraction and development for their organizations, their communities, and Northeast Ohio. This interactive conversation will focus on various topics around how local organizations and companies are utilizing new and varied strategies to attract, retain, develop and empower talent in these changing global times.
